This Fee Policy outlines the financial obligations of students and parents/guardians at Voyage Academy (Pusat Latihan Voyage). It ensures transparency, consistency, and fairness in fee collection, refunds, and payment procedures.
Fee Structure
All fees are determined by the institution’s administration and may be revised periodically.
The fee structure includes:
- Tuition Fees
- Registration Fees (non-refundable)
- Visa Processing Fees (if applicable)
- Late Payment Charges (if applicable)
Payment Schedule
Fees must be paid as specified in the student handbook.
Payment modes: Bank transfer, online payment or telegraphic transfer.

Instalment plans (if available) must be agreed upon in writing.
Late Payment & Penalties
A late fee of 10% per month may be charged for overdue payments.
Students with unpaid fees beyond 30 days may face suspension of academic services.
Refund Policy
Tuition Fees: Refundable up to 100% if a student withdraws by the 5th working day from the commencement of semester. (DOMESTIC STUDENT)
Tuition Fees: Refundable up to 100% if a student withdraws by the 5th working day from the commencement of semester AND provide check out memo and exit stamp to VTA. (INTERNATIONAL STUDENT)
Registration Fees: Non-refundable.
Deposit: Refundable upon completion of study.
Visa Processing Fees (if applicable): Refundable up to 50% subject to EMGS & VTA approval.
No refunds after the 5th working day from the commencement of semester.
Fee Revision
The institution reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice one month before the new intake.
Financial Assistance & Scholarships
Merit-based and need-based scholarships may be available (subject to approval).
Students must apply separately and provide required documentation.
Disputes & Grievances
Any fee-related concerns must be submitted in writing to the Finance Office for resolution.
Policy Amendments
This policy may be updated periodically, and changes will be communicated via official channels.
