Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and academic team.

  • Manage student records, course registrations, and scheduling.

  • Coordinate logistics for classes, meetings, and training materials.

  • Maintain office supplies and a tidy, professional work environment.
